Request access, correction, or deletion
Email privacy@level.gg from the email connected to your Level Gaming account. Include your public callsign and whether you are requesting access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion. Never send a password, Discord token, Steam key, or government identification by email.
Identity verification
Staff will verify the request through the authenticated account or connected Discord identity. Requests are tracked privately and answered within the period required by applicable law.
Deletion and competition history
Account credentials, provider connections, profile content, and information no longer needed will be deleted or anonymized when the request is approved. Some security, audit, dispute, and published competition records may need to be retained. Where possible, retained history will be detached from identifying profile information.
Immediate controls
You can already edit your profile, hide public statistics and match history, unlink Steam, and withdraw active registrations from your account pages.
