How It Works

THE LEVEL FORMAT

One player pool. Persistent seasonal teams.

Level Gaming carries forward the organized-community format that made earlier Level events distinct: players join a structured competition, receive a persistent team identity, prepare with leadership, and meet on a scheduled Battle Day. Every new season begins with new registrations and newly formed rosters.

  1. 01

    Create your player profile

Sign in with Discord to create one Level Gaming account and a permanent public player profile.

  2. 02

    Register for a season

Choose your competitive region, preferred unit, specialty role, and any leadership positions you are prepared to fill.

  3. 03

    Join a season roster

Approved players enter the player pool. Event operations then place players through the season’s configured draft or assignment process.

  4. 04

    Organize as a team

Players remain with their assigned team for the season. Team and squad leadership organize Infantry, Armor, and Air squads and maintain the roster.

  5. 05

    Prepare for Battle Day

Players submit availability by round so leadership can plan the likely starting 33. Players rotate in and out throughout the Battle Day as availability and team needs change, with the goal of giving everyone an opportunity to participate each week. If you are not starting, do not get discouraged—stay ready in the waiting room. Teams regularly need players to backfill disconnects, technical issues, and teammates who cannot play every round.

  6. 06

    Compete and advance

Battles take place every Saturday at the standard 12:00 PM Central start time, with all six teams playing across two simultaneous servers. Each server hosts a three-team battle with configured maps, sequential rounds, and balanced side rotations.
