Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13, meet the minimum age required where you live, and be permitted to use Discord. Keep one truthful account, protect your connected accounts, and notify Level Gaming of suspected unauthorized access.
Community conduct
Do not harass others, evade suspensions, impersonate participants, cheat, manipulate results, disrupt services, expose private information, upload malicious content, or violate applicable law or provider rules. Event staff may investigate reports and take proportionate action.
Competition administration
Registration does not guarantee team placement or Battle Day participation. Published rules and season-specific decisions govern eligibility, rosters, scheduling, scoring, disputes, and discipline. Authorized staff may correct mistakes while preserving audit history. Material disciplinary decisions should provide a reason and a reasonable appeal path.
Your content
You retain ownership of profile text and links you submit. You grant Level Gaming permission to display and process that content only as needed to operate and promote the competition. You must have permission to submit it.
Service and third parties
The service may change, experience interruptions, or depend on Discord, Steam, hosting, and game services. Their separate terms apply. WARDOGS and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be restricted for security, rule violations, legal requirements, or material harm to the competition. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Provisions needed for historical results, security, disputes, and legal compliance may survive termination.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided as available for community competition. To the extent allowed by law, Level Gaming is not responsible for indirect losses, third-party outages, or user conduct. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
