Who operates this service
Level Gaming operates the WARDOGS Championship Series website. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to privacy@level.gg.
Information we collect
When you sign in, Discord may provide your Discord ID, username, display name, avatar, and verified email. You may add a country, competitive region, biography, preferred roles, social links, availability, registration preferences, and an optional Steam connection. We also store team, squad, leadership, party, match, notification, moderation, and audit records needed to operate competitions and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, publish the profile and roster fields you choose to make public, administer events, schedule Battle Days, synchronize approved Discord roles, publish results, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit history.
Public information
Your public callsign, avatar, region, team, squad, leadership role, statistics, and match history may appear publicly according to your profile and season settings. Email addresses, Discord IDs, availability submissions, administrative notes, and authentication material are not public.
Providers and sharing
Information is processed by our hosting, database, security, Discord, and optional Steam providers only as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Provider processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Cookies
We use essential session and CSRF cookies for login and request security. They are not used for advertising. If analytics, advertising, or other nonessential tracking is added, we will update this notice and request consent where required.
Retention
Active account and competition records are retained while needed to operate the service. Expired authentication attempts are removed on a short schedule; notifications and availability records are periodically reviewed; security and audit records may be retained longer to prevent abuse and preserve competition integrity. Backups expire under the documented backup schedule. Identifying fields in historical results may be anonymized when deletion is appropriate.
Your choices and rights
You may edit profile information, control public statistics and match history, unlink Steam, withdraw registrations, and request access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion. Requests require identity verification and may be limited where records must be retained for security, legal obligations, or competition integrity.
Children
The service is for users age 13 or older and users must also meet the minimum age required where they live. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us to report an underage account.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administrative roles, audit records, and service monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
